Is gift wrapping available?

All purchases are carefully packed for shipping. Your item will arrive beautifully packaged in a gift box and tied with a satin bow.


How do I care for my purchased jewelry item?

Your jewelry will arrive accompanied with a cleaning cloth and care instructions specific to that handcrafted jewelry creation!


Do you offer Layaway/payment plans?

Yes, please refer to the Payment Options and Layaway sections in the Customer Service segment below.


Do you take custom orders?

Custom special made pieces are always welcome for request! Fabrication time depends on the availability of the stone and/ or the extent of design work. The average turnout time is two to four weeks. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on custom orders.

I offer a 100% quality and workmanship guarantee. Any workmanship defect is corrected at no charge to you. Customer satisfaction is what I strive to achieve. I will not warranty items due to negligence or damages caused by customer.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

I include with each unique piece purchased, very specific care instructions that specifically pertain to that item. Some items are virtually maintenance free and are sealed with a professional grade jeweler’s product or a non-permanent anti-tarnish treatment to help protect a specific finish. Those items are listed as such.

Various types of finished metals require certain care as to not cause irreversible damages. Some stones are extremely porous and will easily be damaged with chemicals. NEVER dip or topically use ANY cleaners on the jewelry I create. I do not recommend wearing jewelry in the shower. NEVER wear in a swimming pool/ hot tub as chemicals could cause damages. NEVER wear while working out or in a sauna. Sweat alters one’s body chemistry which could also damage a specialized finish on metal.


GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING

All purchases are carefully packed for shipping and will arrive beautifully packaged in a gift box accompanied with care instructions specific to that handcrafted jewelry creation!


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is required before an item ships. I accept any major credit card upon PayPal’s secure checkout. PayPal keeps your payment information secure, and states they never sell out your personal information. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account in order to process a payment via PayPal. I never receive your personal credit card information.

I do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks or CODs (cash on delivery.)


LAYAWAY

Payment plans are available for merchandise over $150. I will be happy to accommodate in making a payment plan/ layaway arrangement for that special piece! The layaway terms is arranged on a per item/ individual basis. Merchandise is shipped out within 1-3 business days once the last payment has cleared. Feel free to convo me.

Please Note: Sale and clearance items, layaway items, and custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


SHIPPING

For in stock items, I typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared, via USPS Priority Mail service with a tracking number. USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail Services as weather can cause delays. Other mail services such as USPS Signature Confirmation or Overnight mail services, etc., are offered. Please contact me for special requests before completing your purchase.

International Purchasers: Please be aware that your country may charge you taxes, fees, import expense, etc., that your purchase does NOT cover. I strictly only cover the shipping cost itself. You are also responsible for any additional Customs paperwork that may be required by your country. Please allow up to four weeks of transit time. Once the package leaves my hands, unfortunately it is out of my control. You must be patient 🙂


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied with your item, please notify me within 7 days of item receipt for a return authorization. The item must be received within 14 days from domestic delivery date; up to 4 weeks for international. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping expense and ensuring that the item is safely delivered to me. Insurance is highly recommended on a return item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging upon returned receipt. I will not accept returns due to buyer negligence or damages incurred by.  Once the return is received, you will receive a refund, minus the shipping expense and insurance (if purchased.)
